We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. We also accept online payment by debit/credit card and bank transfer.

COD is available for deliveries across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Multan. Remote areas may be subject to courier availability.

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can still return or exchange it under our Refund Policy.

Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and name. We'll confirm the cancellation in writing.

Refunds for prepaid orders are made by bank transfer once the cancellation is confirmed. Processing time: 5-7 working days.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days in major cities and 5-7 working days elsewhere. Delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000.

The courier will usually attempt to contact you. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, as repeated failed deliveries may lead to the order being returned to us.
